In the resource view, you can use the resources and the impacts of the processes in which they are regarded scheduled. It is essentially the same as the resource view, "show resources" which are in a planning point of view via the menu "View" menu can show. Here are missing only its projects.

 

 

 

 

 

 

The option "change capacity" in the resource view, allows to alter the capacity of the selected resource without restarting the resource manager.Thus, during the processing of the projects the capacity can also be optimized.
