In the dialog box "Miscellaneous" you can take the claim in Notifier, which offers them the opportunity to send changes to a database directly to the registered e-mail addresses. The "representative" will receive this e-mail then as Cc. This feature, however, requires a custom implementation, which must be precisely tailored to the customer.

 

Then you can enter the cost of a resource per hour. This value can then be used for evaluation purposes. It hours are usually counted as overtime, then a resource when it is overloaded. Case you wish, you can also specify a cost center for the resource.
