With the PLANOUT version 2.9 the detailed planning has been integrated in the preliminary planning. The detailed planning provides the ability to projects or operations on a daily and hourly basis to plan.
In the screenshot below, a process for scheduling is defined. This action is done by right clicking on the process and click on the "Scheduling".Then the task is colored with color orange and is said to be detailed planning process. All the resources are allocated to this process and detailed planning work times have hierarchically subordinate.
If the task is defined for scheduling, finally the needed resources are provided by dragging and dropping, with immediate and detailed planning processes are generated. The function uses natural resources also have been placed on the dialogue process.
The detailed planning provides two ways of planning:
1. The planning of the resources on the morning and afternoon
2. The planning of resources, the whole day
The setting for this is in the dialogue process defined under the tab "Scheduling default".
In the following the presentation of the operation is set to "a process per day." This means that the resource uses a task for the whole day (eg 08:00-16:00 clock) and it makes the lunch break and other times ignore.
In the next image tasks for the morning and afternoon times are generated. It would for example be the first task from 08:00-12:00 clock and the second clock ranging from 12:30-16:30. Here is a lunch break of 30 minutes
For planning with morning and afternoon hours, the resource needs the exact working hours, which can be set in the dialog resource, as the next picture shows.
Resource processes that are finely designed, can be deleted individually using the Delete key after you have been selected.
If you select the resource that is subordinate to the task, so with the combination of CTRL + click the line in which the resource is available, new processes are created. Here, the chosen definition of the "Scheduling default" is used.
Then you see some finely scheduled operations and their burdens.
