To use the data collection may have to be created first, a new terminal in the resources used can be grouped in order to display only the assigned tasks and projects for the department or resources.

To open the Terminal view please click on the bright blue border Arrow (screenshot).

 

 

 

 

Click "New Terminal" and give this a name (This process can be carried out as an administrator). Then click on "OK" and select the terminal on the left bar. Now, in the right column all created resources appear. Add the appropriate resources for the terminal drag and drop (with the left mouse button, the resources in the "Assigned Resources" pull) and then click on "Save" to save the terminal in the database.

 

 

 

 

To delete scale terminals, simply select the item to delete terminal and press the button "Delete Terminal."

To remove resources from the terminal, select the resource you want to delete and move them by dragging and dropping on the red "X" on the bottom right edge.
